Partnership with Engineers Without Borders

Computerbank recently provided laptops to Engineers Without Borders (Victoria Region). The Engineers showed young people from Northern Victoria how to create a GPS tracker for turtle research. The Broad shell turtle is the totem for Yorta Yorta nation in Northern Victoria and is a threatened species. The Yorta Yorta people have been working on turtle preservation for some time.

Engineers Without Borders’ major aim is to create change in local communities through humanitarian engineering and partnerships. The trip was a great success, and Computerbank were very pleased to be involved.
