Website report April 2009
At the February committee meeting there was a complaint about navigation on the Computerbank website.
Following this I compiled some usability tests on the Intranet side of the site. Earlier usability had been client focused. To date only one person has volunteered their time and done testing for me (thanks Bill). I have made some changes based on his responses but will need a couple of more testers to address any concerns. I don't know whether the low response means people are now happy or indifferent.
