Thursday 5th November 2009 at 483 Victoria Street, West Melbourne. Meeting opened at 7.20pm.
Present: Kylie Davies (chair), Jan Smith, Allan Cooke, Tony Calenti, Peter Baker, Bill Boledziuk, David Paraskevakis, Nicholas Betson and Richard Marshall.

MATTERS ARISING;
SATURDAY CO-ORDINATOR POSITIONS
A Sub committee (Peter and Nick) reported they had reviewed the 4 applications received for the paid positions and were able to agree on a recommendation to the committee.
The recommendations were accepted and it was resolved that Kylie,Allan and David are appointed as Saturday Co-ordinator to be responsible for the site on the day on a rotational basis.
XMAS SHUTDOWN
It was agreed that the last day for 2009 will be :
Saturday 19th December
First day back will be
Thursday 7th January
ready for the shop to reopen Friday.
