4.1 The CVI committee agreed to have this short general meeting to pass the following motion:
That CVI give John Simpson an honorarium for his services to CVI over the previous twelve months of $500.00 .
Proposed by Kylie Davies and seconded by Jan Smith. CWD.
There being no other business the meeting closed at 6.40pm.
