User Support Report Sept 2005

User Support over the last month has in general been less than normal, we have had less issues with corrupted user accounts, and only a couple of dead hard drives

We are starting to strike issues with broadband connections, people wanting to buy CD and DVD Burners.

In general our issues have been resolved, we are still waiting on Thomas Earls to pick up his Laptop. Also waiting on Jodie to bring in her machine to fix her runlevel issue
