Actions Arising

Roster - Kylie has been working on this - and so far we can only be open 2 x
saturdays a month (not in Jan) from Feb. During the weekdays we can only be
open Wed, Thu and Fri. We may be open Tuesdays in Feb but so far I only have
one volunteer able to come in that day. Kylie will continue to prod people.

Grant - Database - look at Siela's brief. Kylie suggests that Grant could
send Siela's brief to the list so more could look at it (if Siela is
agreeable). Grant reports he is unable to do this as all of Siela's work has
gone. The machine it was on can not be found.

All - Schedule a date and time to discuss raising the memory specification on
client machines.

Moving - We are not moving at this point. We still need to discuss signing a
new lease agreement.
